Notice for class 10 students

LOC(List of candidates) signing Date:25/09/21(Saturday) 10A: 11am to 12 noon 10B: 12:30 to 01:30 pm 10 C: 02:00 to 03;00 pm Students will come along with their parents according to above mentioned date and time. Before that guardian r requested to contact office for submitting the Board Exam fees.

24th Sep Room 206 --- XII C - 2.00PM to 4.00PM Room 205 ---- XII B - 2.00PM to 4.00PM 25th Sep Room 206 --- XII E - 2.00PM to 4.00PM 27th Sep Room 206 --- XII A - 2.00PM to 4.00PM Room 205 --- XII D - 2.00PM to 4.00PM All the dues should be cleared before signing the LOC by the students. Students will come in school uniform. Students will accompany their Parents on the scheduled date and time.


All the students of class 11 are requested to submit the following within 30th of September. 1. Mark sheets from digilocker for CBSE students and photocopy of Mark sheets other than CBSE board. It should be self attested for every candidate 2. Transfer certificate in original for the students who have taken admission from other school. 3. Migration certificate for the students who appeared 10 from ICSE, WBBSE or any other board.


All the students of class 12 are requested to collect their marksheet from school on 23rd of October. Timing is as follows 12A and 12B : Between 11: 30 AM and 1: 30 PM. 12C, 12D and 12E Between 2PM and 4PM Please note that marksheet of class 12 will be given to the candidate only. Candidates are requested to bring Aadhar card or any other valid I card while collecting the marksheet.


All the students of class 10 are requested to collect their marksheet from the school on 2nd of November. Mark sheet will be given to students only. Please bring a valid I card for collecting the marksheet. Timing: 10 A - 11AM to 12Noon, 10B - 12: 30PM to 1: 30PM, 10C - 2PM to 3PM and 10D - 3:30PM to 4: 30PM.


All students of class 12 are requested to collect the 1st term Admit card from the school office on 13th of November. Timing: Class 12A - 11AM to 12Noon. 12B- 12Noon to 1PM. 12C - 1PM to 2PM. 12D - 2PM to 3PM and 12E - 3PM to 4PM. ** Parents are requested to clear the fees till the month of November.


All the students of class 10 are requested to collect the 1st term Admit card from the school office on 15th of November. Timing: Class 10A - 11AM to 12Noon. 10B - 12Noon to 1PM. 10C - 1PM to 2PM. ** Parents are requested to clear the fees till the month of November.


All the students of class 9 and 11 are requested to pay Rs 300 for doing registration of CBSE within 20th of December. The school does not have any responsibility for the students who do not pay fees.


Dear Students, You are requested to bring Aadhar card or Ration card together with Mobile phone(For getting OTP) for getting vaccine on 21st of January. Students who are taking medicine or under medical treatment need to bring concern certificate from respective doctor. The timing for vaccination is given below: Class 10- 11AM to 12Noon. Class 11-12:15PM to 1:15PM, Class 12- 1:30PM to 2: 30PM, Class 9- 2:45PM 3: 30PM. Students coming for vaccination should eat properly before getting vaccine. All students must come in school uniform.


Dear Students, Once again a gentle reminder 1. Please have heavy breakfast or lunch before getting vaccine. 2. Students who are under medical treatment need to take consent letter form doctors. 3. Students who took vaccine due to dog bite or cat bite within a month will not be given vaccine under any situation. 4. Students who are taking any other vaccine need to bring concent letter from the doctor.


Dear Students, You are requested to note that the 2nd dose of vaccine will be given to you on 21st of February from 11AM onwards. You are requested to bring 1st dose certificate/ registered phone no. during 2nd dose of vaccination. The timing of different classes will be given to you later on.


Students who will have exam on vaccination day, they will come according to exam schedule. Time schedule for vaccination Class 9 .......11am to 12noon Class 10.....12:30 to 1:30pm Class 12..... 2 to 3 pm Class 11.....3 to 4 pm. On 21/02.... class 6 to 8 will have online class but classes of 9 and 11 will remain suspended.


Dear Parents, You are requested to clear the tuition fees of your ward(s) before 15th of March. Kindly ignore this SMS if you have already done it.


Dear Parents, This is to inform you that the transport facility will be available for the students from the month of April after 2 years of pandemic. Interested parents need to contact the transport department for the same. The transport facility need to be taken for 1 full cycle year. It will be implemented from 1st of April 2022 to 31st of March 2023.
